That's our man....

Well you can all just imagine the joy one feels when the student is "getting it.." I mean really "getting it..."
I'm going to stick my neck out on this one...
I believe...
David Cromlish will never be on another "diet" in his life...
I'd even venture to say David Cromlish will always maintain some level of physical activity in his life long after he says good by to this 100 pounds we are in the midst of shedding.

Although Dave may mix-up the "lingo" from time to time... (Bosu Ball) not (Buso Ball) David is truly learning the true meaning of "self respect". David is interested in understanding the amazing biological machine he is and we all are and giving it what it needs to run efficiently and at its very best.

As we clock our three workouts weekly I am feeling far more freedom as David's trainer to test his limits, both cardiovascular as well as in terms of overall strength. When I think of where we were 3 months ago to where we are now.. it really boggles the mind. It is a real testament to Dave and to the acceptance of the the theory that no matter where you are at, change is possible. I am reminded of our first walks together and how obviously uncomfortable the big guy was in his own body. I think Dave is learning every day about himself and what he is capable of... I also think the best of Dave is yet to come. I for one am happy to be along for the ride.
