Hikers Dream !!!

What a day for a hike among our fabulous Bodilogix crew of 9 !!! A special thanks for joining in to our new crew hiking with us for the first day !!! 25 kms gang...
I loved the fresh air and enjoyed the morning, You guys are awesome. On my way to get epson salts for a soak !!!

my apologies...

Since team blogging on my website www.bodilogix.com I have been lax in communicating on my own Blog... where should I start! I just yet another heated passionate conversation about "scales"... You know the those pesky little machines people put in their bathrooms... there bed rooms, there hall ways to measure i think whether they should be in a good mood or a bad mood on any given day... Baffles me. I know I've been there... Sun is shining promises to be a great day and then you see it. Its at times a temptation that can no be ignored, next thing you know you are stripped down to your skivvies and like a like anyone the big toe tips on the cold steel or glass like your anticipating the coldest water in the pool. Will it be good, dare I look... People ...get over it !!!!

If the sun is shining (especially now in this month of depressing snow, rain fog, wind whatever the sun is always welcome)

Your Family and friends surround and love you as you do them... Its all Good !!!!

I challenge all you scale obsessed logix-bodies to a dare !@!!
I double dog dare you to remain de-scaled for a period of 1 month, For those of you "taking score", measure your circumference around your belly button area, write it down. Keep an eating log for 2 weeks. Do not measure again for 30 days, that's right 30 days.

Parameters
If you are female you need 1500-2300 calories, don't eat the same amount every day, mix it up ,you know... keep it low for 2 days, then follow it up with something a little more. Keep your inner systems guessing...

Cardio... get some !!! outdoors, indoors,,, whatever heart rate up to 70-80% of maximum and then some for the Super fit !!! Move it 3 -4 days a week anywhere from 20-45 minutes !!!

Get a lift !!! Lift your weights people !!! Don't neglect your strength training !!!
Muscles + multi-mini meals= Healthy Metabolism (your best friend and key to slim and trim "lifelong!!!)

Eating journals are key to learning about your implementation of what you know to do...
You know we got em here at the counter, if you don't have one get one...
